Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure we can provide the full treatment time and attention you deserve.
Consultation Requirements
A consultation is required before higher-risk cosmetic or medical aesthetic treatments. This allows us to assess suitability, discuss goals, explain risks and alternatives, and decide whether treatment is clinically appropriate.
Aftercare
Following your treatment, we will provide aftercare instructions. We are available for follow-up queries via phone or email, and review appointments may be recommended depending on the treatment and your individual response.
