Clinic Policies
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, the booking fee will be forfeited. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in the applicable booking fee being forfeited: $100 for medical-aesthetic appointments or $50 for skin-treatment appointments. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
Booking Fees
A non-refundable $100 booking fee is required for medical-aesthetic appointments and a non-refundable $50 booking fee is required for skin-treatment appointments. The booking fee is applied to the cost of the booked treatment when you attend. It is forfeited for cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours' notice, except where a refund is required by law or the clinic cancels the appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure we can provide the full treatment time and attention you deserve.
Attending Your Appointment
To maintain a calm, focused and hygienic clinical environment, please attend your appointment alone. If you arrive with children, friends or other guests, we may need to reschedule your appointment where their presence would affect safety, privacy or the delivery of care.
Consultation Requirements
A consultation is required before higher-risk cosmetic or medical aesthetic treatments. This allows us to assess suitability, discuss goals, explain risks and alternatives, and decide whether treatment is clinically appropriate.
Aftercare
Following your treatment, we will provide aftercare instructions. We are available for follow-up queries via phone or email, and review appointments may be recommended depending on the treatment and your individual response.
